With experience across investment banking, software growth equity, and venture capital, Simon brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to corporate finance and strategic advisory. He started his career full-time at Guggenheim Securities, where he advised founder-led businesses and private equity sponsors on complex M&A transactions.

At Areida, he builds robust financial models that drive key insights, applies his business acumen to inform strategic decision-making, and articulates complex ideas with clarity. Having gained exposure to both the banking and investing sides of the table, Simon approaches opportunities from multiple angles – aligning investor priorities with practical execution.

Simon holds a BA in Economics from UC San Diego. Outside of work, he enjoys playing chess, traveling, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.
