His transition into entrepreneurship reflects the same operational rigor and strategic foresight. Joshua built and scaled businesses in logistics, waste management, and RV services; industries requiring technical fluency, regulatory navigation, and asset-intensive coordination. Whether managing fleets or environmental compliance, he applied the same leadership and systems thinking that defined his construction career.
